Update: Healing, Scent Requests, and SSS

I wanted to check in with an update. I’m feeling slow, steady healing of my wrists (yay!). It will be a while more before I’m out of the dangerous phase, but patience is producing results. I’m sorry that I haven’t been able to respond to your emails. I so appreciate all the good wishes, but I need to keep avoiding the keyboard (and pipettes) for now.
I still plan to finish working through the list of requests for the remaining scents in stock, but I am continuing my break for now to give my wrists time to heal. I haven’t forgotten about you though! Thank you for your patience. If I am able to fulfill your request, I will let you know as soon as I can.
I also wanted to let you know that I am still looking for the right person/team to take over Sonoma Scent Studio. I’ve had a number of people express interest, but I have not worked anything out yet. I’m taking time to find a good match. I will post more news as soon as I have something I can share.
Back in December I was working on a beautiful new format for the blog, with an eye toward its new expanded focus; I will get back to that, too, as soon as I can. Can’t wait to share it with you.
We had a month of really warm, beautiful weather, which brought out the daffodils, plum blossoms, rosemary, and snowdrops. Now it is cold and rainy, but we need the rain. I hope you’re seeing signs of spring where you are! Thinking of east coasters this weekend with the big storm and hoping all of you are ok.
So glad to hear from you! Good to know you’re the path to recovery ,😊 And, yes, spring is slowly appearing here in Oklahoma. Been cold and rainy here, too, but this state needs the rain, also. Take care and look forward to your next post.
Thanks, Loretta! 🙂
So good to know you are recovering. I hope you find the perfect match for SSS, it will happen in good time. We had several inches of snow here in northern AZ, but it quickly melted. Happy Spring to you!
PS I am enjoying my SSS fragrances, especially Bee’s Bliss which elevates my mood and makes me happy during these winter doldrums!
Thanks, Sharon! Glad you’re enjoying Bee’s Bliss! I love to sometimes wear scents in winter that remind me of spring. 🙂
So nice to hear from you, and I’m so glad things are getting better, dear L. That’s great that Spring has (un)officially sprung! xoxox
Thanks, Robin! More rain today, but everything is leafing out. And the wild turkeys are back. Looks like baby turkey season is almost here.
This is wonderful news! I’m glad you’re on the road to recovery. This morning I woke up to snow flurries, but now it’s mostly sunny and almost 50 degrees! I see the beginnings of my tulips peaking out from the ground. Happy Spring!
Hey glad to hear that you’re doing better.
Also, is there anyway possible for me to purchase the Tabac Aurea in the 34 ml size?
Please let me know.
Thank you.
Dear Laurie,
I just found out today about your retirement while trying to order my favorite fragrance ever… Incense Pure ❤️❤️❤️❤️. I sent you an email not knowing you were on a break healing your wrists. I wish you all the best, and that you will be blessed with good health and that you can fulfill all your dreams. Thank you for creating all these wonderful scents, hope I can find something similar some day. Get better soon!
Peace 🤗
